Professional Philosophy
I know that for most people, the purchase of a home is one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make. Because of the importance of this transaction, I begin listening to my client's goal at the very first meeting.
Helping fufill needs and desires is my first priority and an open line of communication is vital in that pursuit. After I understand my client's goal I'll begin supplying them with information to help them make the right decision. I understand that this decision must be theirs and my role is one of educator, counselor and guide more than anything else.

Meticulously attentive to detail, I'll follow up on every nuance so that nothing falls through the cracks and every transaction closes quickly and smoothly. I am known to be a tenacious worker but very easy-going and friendly, making the loan transaction a smooth and seamless process for you.

I have over 30 years experience as a full time professional in Real Estate and Lending. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1978 in Orange County, California. My husband and I moved to the Sierra Foothills in Northern California in the early 90's. After becoming a widow shortly afterwards, I stayed in the foothills. I worked diligently full time running my husband's Roofing Company and my own career in Real Estate and Lending.
In 2001 I movd to the Puget Sound area where my daughter and 3 grandchildren reside. This is when I decided to dedicate my time solely to my career in the lending field.
When not serving my clients I enjoy traveling to sunny locations, snow skiing, working out at the gym, gardening, shopping and spending time with my granddaughters.
